Our Commitment

SKToolkit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Service to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

Important: SKToolkit is a proxy tool that retrieves publicly available content from third-party platforms in real-time. We do not host, store, or distribute media files on our servers. If you believe content on a third-party platform infringes your copyright, you should also contact that platform directly.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one) and believe that content accessible through SKToolkit infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — describe the work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — provide the specific URL or sufficient information to locate the material on our Service.
  3. Your contact information — your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good faith statement — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement — a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Signature — your physical or electronic signature.
